On January 23, 2025, MIG held the 2024 Work Summary and 2025 Annual Work Conference. The leaders, department managers, and all employees attended the meeting.
The meeting is divided into three parts. Firstly, each department will report and summarize their work achievements and shortcomings, and propose a work plan for 2025.
Subsequently, the leaders summarized the work for 2024 and pointed out the overall policy and focus of the work for 2025.
The meeting believes that 2024 is a year for MIG to actively expand its business and further develop. In 2025, the company's primary goal is to focus on business, build a united and efficient team, and shape a new situation of high-quality development. The meeting also issued instructions and requirements for the work of various departments in 2025.
Finally, there is the commendation session for outstanding employees. MIG has established the Outstanding Employee Award and Outstanding Contribution Award to recognize the hard work of employees in the past year.
This meeting is a comprehensive review of MIG's work over the past year, and also a meeting to gather consensus and look forward to the future.
